This mixed use property is under development by SP of NC, LLC.  It is proposed to have approximately 165,000 square feet of retail/office space; to include a C-Store/filling station, Grocery anchor, and additional flex space at the entrance of the Harris Crossing Subdivision.  Additional projections provided by developer show several thousand roof tops w/in a 3 mile radius and a proposed traffic light at the entrance to the project.
