About the MSIEDC
Background of the Mooresville South-Iredell Economic Development Corporation (MSIEDC) is a private, non-profit, 501(C)(3), organization dedicated to the growth and success of the greater Mooresville business community. We work with our Partners In Progress, town, county, state, and local organizations to address business concerns and opportunities in an effort to maintain and ensure a vibrant and healthy business community.
The Mission of the MSIEDC is to further economic development of the Mooresville-South Iredell region by promoting employment, workforce training and investment in the business community. The MSIEDC strives to enhance the overall non-residential tax base through growth of the local economy by focusing on new business recruitment, start-up business creation, and existing business retention and expansion.
Where are we located?
We are located in Downtown Mooresville at 151 East Iredell Avenue, Mooresville NC 28115 in the same building as the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce.
